Although I’ve been trying to diet a lot lately I fancied something filling and carby so had a full on crab overload! It tasted amazing and was totally worth it, this is much an easy meal and tastes epic so enjoy. Serves 1

All you need is
1/4 orange bell pepper
1/2 large tomato
1 chicken breast
1/2 tbsp paprika
60g rice
1 wrap
Handful grated cheese
1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
Drizzle peri peri sauce

To make it just
Cover the chicken in paprika sauce, if you need more than stipulated use more! Then pop it in the grill for 15 minutes on each side depending on the size.
Boil the rice in a saucepan and add the garlic and turmeric to the rice continually stirring.
Slice the tomatoes and pepper then fry using a little bit of oil and mix with the chilli flakes.
Once the rice is cooked place into the wrap and then top with the peppers and tomatoes before cutting up the chicken and topping with the rice then adding the cheese, add some peri peri sauce to make it more spicy.
