Homemade Pizza

So, this weekend I had the delight of coming back home for a few days, which I love as my mum keeps so many different ingredients in the house I can cook such interesting things. However, one thing I love is my mums homemade pizza. This is my take on it, but you can add whatever toppings you like. Serves 1
 
All you need is
Plain or seeded round wrap
Tomato puree
Pesto
Caramelised onion chutney
Chopped red onion
Chopped red pepper
Chopped salami
Chopped feta
Chopped goats cheese
Grated cheddar cheese
 
To make it just
Spread tomato puree, pesto and caramelised onion chutney all over the wrap, leaving a small crust at the edge.
Top with red onion, red pepper, salami, feta and goats cheese then sprinkle over the cheddar.
Pop it in the oven on a baking tray for about 5 minutes until it goes crispy and the cheese is melted.
