One Pot Pasta

So, one main problem of being a student is having wash up everything after you’ve cooked. So this one pot pasta is perfect because you stick it all in a pot, leave it to boil in water for half hour or so and then eat, all you have to wash up is a saucepan and your bowl, unless you leave the saucepan to cool and eat it out of the saucepan. Serves 1

All you need is
80g pasta
10g grated cheese
5 baby tomatoes
1 white onion
2 rashers of blackforest ham
1 tin sweetcorn
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

To make it just
Place the pasta, tomatoes, onion, blackforest ham and sweetcorn all in a saucepan and fill with water before leaving to cook on a medium heat for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
Once it’s all cooked strain before serving, then top with grated cheese and balsamic vinegar.
