This was one of those meals when I chucked lots of ingredients in a pan and hoped for the best, and the best was what I got. I didn’t have much time to create this as I was working to a time frame but it seemed successful. Serves 2
All you need is
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp coriander
1 tsp garlic
1/2 box passata
Pinch salt and pepper
To make it just
In a saucepan cook down the mince stirring often, you shouldn’t need to add any oil but if you do only add a small amount.
Once the mince has browned add all the ingredients and mix thoroughly, ensuring to taste as you go.
I served mine with pasta but you could also serve with rice.

This was a weird meal, it was a combination of bolognese and chilli con carne which are two of my favourite things so bonus for me.
This did work out well with regards to creating a quick tasty meal with little ingredients. Whilst it may look like a basic recipe its very delicious.
Overall, this meal was a straight up 10/10 its quick simple, easy, delicious and just awesome.
