Overnight oats

My instagram feed at the moment seems to be constantly filled with peoples overnight oats recipes. They look so good that I had to give them a try. Serves 1

All you need is

1/2 tub plain yogurt (I used fat free to keep the calories down)

Handful of oats

Handful of frozen mixed summer berries

To make it just

In a tub mix the oats with the yogurt and layer the fruit on top. Then leave in the fridge to set.

This dish was so quick and easy to make and since you can make it the night before it saves a lot of time in the morning as you can grab and go.

However, I did find it was incredibly bland. This could be changed by either adding cinnamon or a flavoured yogurt which I will try next time.

Overall, this dish was super quick and easy plus very cheap to make. This being said I did find it wasn’t great cold, but, once I’d popped it in the microwave 30 seconds it tasted a bit better.
