One of my favourite breakfast ideas is granola, it’s so easy and tasty, you can make it at home but I often buy it in store. I am planning on making my own but for now I’ll be combining it with different fruits to make my own dish. Serves 1
All you need is
2 tbsp low fat yogurt
1 tsp honey
15g dried cranberries
To make it just
In a bowl combine the yogurt and honey mixing well, then top with the granola, dried cranberries and blueberries.
Chop the banana into small chunks and place into the bowl, also add the orange segments, mix well and enjoy!
