New year, new you; diet plans

It’s the start of a new year which means many of us will be dieting, however, dieting doesn’t cost a fortune. These meal plans are all based on 1 person eating and are all under £20 a week. Ensure you add at least two healthy snacks, plenty of water and salads to dinners.
