An ideal alternative to pasta, this is a low calorie and highly filling meal. You can bulk this up slightly by adding  wholemeal spaghetti but you shouldn’t need to add any.

For those with gluten intolerance and vegetarians this meal is great as it has a small amount of ingredients which means it friendly for many different types of dietary requirements.
