These are great as an alternative from hash browns with your breakfast, they work well with toast or crumpets or muffins or anything. They are tasty and easy, perfect to add a health kick to your breakfast.
All you need is
6 white potatoes
1 tbsp mixed herbs
1 tsp garlic
½ tsp paprika
To make it just
Peel and chop the potatoes and carrot and then place in a blitzer until smooth and fine.
In a bowl combine all the ingredients well and then mould into 6 burger shapes.
Place in the fridge for 10 minutes before putting in a frying pan, gently fry for 7 minutes, flip halfway through.
Once cooled store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
